Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a positive impact on buyers before they enter your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first thoughts about your house and how you keep up your house's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to choose what steps we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with retouched paint and blooming garden plants it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers picture themselves watching a movie in your living room, unwinding in your spa tub or studying in your home office? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of ease. I'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that enhance your house's features.
I'll help you get rid of anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Tabletops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and play time drawings should get moved out of sight. We need to "de-personalize" the place so buyers can see it as their new place.
Every room gets a once-over. Changes that directly impact your dollars include fixable like furniture pieces that should be rearranged, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
We'll ensure your house has mass appeal and that it's friendly, staying away from "loud" or "personalized" colors on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can try borrowing furnishings. You want your house to look inviting as opposed to deserted.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests experience your home and make sure a delightful fragrance circulates room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking bedspreads, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. Buyers should feel like your house has the potential to be. |
